Far Western Pern is apparently called a continent, whereas I would call it a pair of large islands. It's the one to the left of the Northern Continent.

I prefer this one, it's cleaner and neater. Kahrain Steppe Weyr is not shown on the map because...well, it's not my map...
For that matter, Landing isn't shown, either, which tells me the creator of this map didn't believe or accept Aivas's existence or influence.
