Southern Continent. Kahrain Steppe Weyr is not on the map. It is to the southeast of Monaco Bay and Landing.

Northern Continent, Pern

This is the map that McCaffrey used to create her Southern Continent. This map is the original, and was created by Austin Tappan Wright in his 1942 book "Islandia'. McCaffrey made it the southern continent. Kahrain Steppe Weyr is on the SW coast, near the town of Farrant. No cities exist in my blog, but some of the topographical names are the same.
